Prompt: Remote
In 1951, the OSI attempted to use hypnosis and psychoactive drugs in a limited study to force subjects to perform violent acts against their will.
In 1953, the CIA began hundreds of experiments with little oversight on military agents, civilians, and non-citizens to try and figure out mind control. With the cooperation of prominent psychologists, they dosed victims with hallucinogens, tortured them physically and mentally, and disabled or killed many of them. The experiments ended 20 years later.
